Seasons - The new cycle app
The Seasons app allows you to track and analyse your physical condition across various dimensions.
"seasons" helps you to better understand your own body by collecting data on five dimensions: Mental health, exercise & sport, nutrition, productivity and body image.
Thanks to the structured data, you can see at a glance in the analysis area how your condition has changed over the individual cycle phases. This helps you to plan activities, appointments and rest phases for the next cycle.
The great thing about it: like any other digital calendar, "seasons" can also be shared with your partner, physiotherapist or boss - simply practical!
