The project kickoff consists of an administrative part and a content part. The latter can vary depending on the project.

Administrative part

  • Project & client introduction

  • How we use Asana

  • Introduction to the Gridonic workflow

  • Rules & collaboration

  • Walk through project plan / note absences

  • Explain Google Chat and invite project team members

  • Figma introduction

  • Discuss invoicing & reporting

  • Obtain access from the client to all tools (e.g. GSC Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Schedule the next meetings

  • Q&A

  2. Review existing content / image material

  3. Walk through CI/CD
